Okay this is not exactly your feel good movie for the holiday season but it’s still a decent piece of work.
Here’s the premise. George Clooney plays a lawyer who tries to cope with keeping his family together after his wife hits her head in an accident and has to be pulled off of life support. Merry Christmas everyone.
The acting is fabulous, the kids are great, Clooney is solid ( though I don’t think he can really pull off a tear-jerker scene) and the script is unique but this is not going to be your Hawaii Five- O showpiece for the Oahu, Kauai or Maui.
Even, Maui is going, dude, give me a break.
On a scale of 1-10 surfboards, I give the Descendents a 7.
