I invited Judy to speak at our annual International Customer Service Association (ICSA) Staff Appreciation Night to 125 Customer Service professionals. I had heard great things about Judy, so my expectations were high. Judy surpassed them and more. She immediately connected with the audience with her stage presence, welcoming smile, easy laugh, and keen sense of humour.
What impressed me most was her ability to present the serious topic of ‘Managing Stress in the Workplace’ in a light and enjoyable manner. Finding the right balance could not have been an easy task, but she managed to deliver on all levels. Everyone left with huge smiles on their faces and learned some valuable tips and techniques for effectively handling stress back on the job. It was a win-win!
Listening to Judy was the highlight of the evening. I would highly recommend Judy for any special event. My only regret is that I didn’t discover Judy earlier.
