One of the ingredients from my keynote, ‘Relieving Stress with Humour’ is healthy mental activity. Check out this month’s selection: Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret.
Welcome to this month’s Shelf Help Pick: The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
The Secret is primarily based on The Law of Attraction – that we can attract into our life what we think about.
If we worry and think about negative things – we attract those negative things.
If we think about positive things that we want- we attract those positive things.
Byrne says that as we think and feel, a corresponding frequency is sent out into the universe, which attracts back to us events and circumstances on that same frequency.
Byrne talks about the three-step process: Ask Believe Receive.
She says that gratitude and visualization are two of the most powerful tools we have to manifest our dreams.

Comedy
I had terrific time working with my good friend and comedian Evan Carter for a Kaz Foundation Fundraiser at the beautiful Rose Theatre in Brampton.
Congratulations to the League of Extraordinary Comics – my latest class of Second City stand up students who graduated this term. We had a blast together.
